We are always looking for artists to collaborate with, if you’re interested drop us an email with any social media pages and some of your work If your artwork/ideas fit our criteria for what we sell we will get back in touch with you. However if you do not receive a response from us please do not feel insulted, we receive a lot of emails regarding collaborations.

All of our releases will either come with a certificate of authenticity, will be signed by the artist or anything else which will be stated otherwise.

We cannot authenticate or appraise any artwork from a different source other than Grey Smoke | Editions.

You can make payment directly through the website on the checkout page via Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

We accept all major forms of debit / credit card including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa.

We price our items as fair as possible for you as the customer, for the artist/artwork provider and us as the company so our prices are set, although they may increase over time due to availability and/or demand.

We are an online business so all of our artwork can only be viewed on our social media, website or collaborative artists pages.

As our company produces and sells limited edition releases of fine art, all sales made are final.

Yes. You will automatically receive your order confirmation email which includes your order number and receipt along with any other relevant information about your order. 

You will receive shipping information along with any tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Yes you can. You can make changes to your order within the first 24hrs of confirmation.

Please provide a picture of the item and your order number within 3 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Our goal is to get your order dispatched as soon as possible, usually within the first 7 days of order confirmation. 

Depending on where you are in the world please allow 7-28 days for your order to be delivered. 

Please bear in mind that times may vary depending on the size of the edition release. We also cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to courier issues.

For UK Mainland shipping you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 7 working days.

For international shipping you can expect to receive your parcel within up to 28 days depending on where you are.

We always want our prices to be the best value for money so we do not include insurance with your order.

Please file a report to your local police if you think your parcel may have been stolen and get into contact with any neighbour or relevant persons who could have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

We do in fact ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of your order(s) and location, be aware that the length of time for arrival may also vary.

To ensure your order arrives safely we use delivery services in the UK and internationally that require a signature upon arrival. 

You will receive a notification for the time and date of the delivery so you can make the necessary arrangements for receiving your parcel. We will also send you a dispatch confirmation email the day before. 

Please note: If your parcel has been refused and sent back to us due to the sender’s error, we are not responsible and therefore the sender must pay for re-delivery.

Furthermore, if you are unable to sign for your parcel and the parcel is delivered back to us we cannot be held accountable and you will have to pay for re-delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for misdelivered parcels so please ensure you have entered your delivery details correctly before finalising your order.

Yes you can. You can update your delivery address any time up until your order has been dispatched just drop us an email at with your name, order number and updated address. Please let us know that you want to update your address in the email.

We cannot accept returns unless there was a mistake made on our end or the product has been deemed faulty. If this is the case please send us an email about any discrepancies with your order at and return your order within 7 days of receival with your order number.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at to start the returns process. We will get in touch with confirmation, after receiving this please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address :

Please be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use tracked shipping to return your order. 

When sending back an order please include all of the original packaging and product itself in the condition received. You must make sure all of the original packaging and products are sent back together for a valid assessment.

To be eligible for refund or replacement please include what the damage/mistake is in written context then upload supporting photographic evidence of the item’s condition and the original packaging upon delivery within 3 days of receival.

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that a refund or replacement will be granted after assessment or if it has exceeded 3 days after delivery when you contacted us.
